    Bought this for my teenage son 6 months ago. Had worry with audio in December. Called Acer to find out what to do as well as they told me we had to boat it behind for repairs. we asked them if they could send box as well as they pronounced shipping is not enclosed in a a single year guaranty as well as which we would have to get it to them upon my own.
